They never answer the phone only on an occasion . You usually have to leave a message buy they don't usually return your call. They don't follow uo with you and they could do alot better at recommending vacation ppackages. I'm a member but I have to use a different travel agent!

Great deal. If you drive a vehicle over 4 years old this is a must have. ESPECIALLY if you have kids away at college. Trust me, this will save you tons of cash and keep the kids safe.
