Been receiving advertising mails from AAA in the past 2 years when I never shared my info with AAA nor been interested.
Each time, each mail has some 20 papers in it, that goes to trash every time (so it's a waste of papers and postal service load). I called the AAA's 1-800 number to be removed but the agent said it can't help over the phone.

Amanda went above and beyond in helping me when I raced in frazzled because my Waze GPS was acting funky. She fiddled with the settings, then explained how Car Play worked, something that had never popped up before.
