My washer has been broke since December 6.2024 I have called n they keep saying oh we will come n get it n fix it n leave u a loner but no . this has been going on for 4 months called corporate 2 times n made a complaint n nothing all they are doing is taking my money n leaving me with a broken washer April will make 5 months n it's 2025 . FIX MY WASHER AARON'S !!!!!

The communication is awful. It's been two weeks since I ordered online and the only communication I've received is a text leading me to a link about the terms of service for a item I've yet to receive. How about I receive the product then we can talk about bill payment.

They are not responsible for calls and returning calls and they don’t fix repairs right away and they canceled your pick up for repairs. They don’t give you a call. This is the worst service ever.

I purchased the Samsung Platinum washer and dryer set from Aaron’s and it was delivered to my house from the Speedway location. I called the location TWICE to ask if the appliances were stackable or needed any extra parts. Every time I called and asked they said no and even during the verification process they never mentioned not once that I needed to purchase items outside of my washer and dryer set. They ended up telling me that I need a stacking kit and dryer vent kit. I have been waiting for my appliances for over 2 weeks just for it to deliver on Christmas Eve. Now that all stores are closed early I have to wait another two days for normal business hours to be able to purchase the things I need when I could’ve already had them. I say this location has a lack of communication and they never know what’s going on. The staff changes all the time and they are very disorganized. If you go in you’ll never see many customers which is crazy given that this location is located in the Speedway Plaza which is always packed of people. I love love love my washer and dryer set but I don’t even know if it’s worth the hassle.
Great Job to the delivery guys ! They did the best that they could. They were careful to not damage the floors, walls, or appliances. Thank You!

The new general manager is great and help me out to fix my delivery that the old general manager messed up. Skylar and his team have great customer service and will make a way to fix what others messed up.

I wish I could give zero stars for a review. How this place is still in business makes no sense. They delivered my couch broken and missing pieces and for the past week I’ve been getting the run around about getting it taken care of. Their excuse is the person in charge of that isn’t in but we’ll have them call you tomorrow. And of course they never call and if you call them they don’t answer the phone or they hang up on you. Someone needs to get this place in shape. I will not pay for a broken couch.

Leased washer and dryer here, It was like being delivered. The two gentlemen said they were running behind. Ask if they could leave it and us hook it up.??? Not very good business.
My Daughter was going to purchase two Chase lounges for living room. They receive them. The end of March could not deliver till 9 April waited all day 9 April no delivery., Could not speak with anyone store was closed when I did speak with someone I was told that the regional manager would call me did not,
So I left a message at the office for the district manager to call me(No phone call),
It is obvious that customers are not important to them, They would make sure the customers are happy or at least communicate with them!!
So we cancelled The Chase,
Do not think we will be purchasing anything else here!!
Realize it is for people in a hard spot, That cannot finance, You would think they would want to take care of people better than they do,, Slogan, you are the best part of
Arrons, We would have to be the best part their employees do not care!!
You would think if there was an issue that a regional or district manager would return your call!!!!
Avoid Them if you can!!!

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I placed an order online and was told that I would get a call once the order made it to the store to schedule the delivery. I tracked the order and waited a week for someone to call and set up delivery. When no one called I reached out. The employees were very unprofessional talking back and forth to one another and not even talking to me on the phone. He then said oh yeah its here. I asked if I could get delivery scheduled. He said yeah but it will be January 6th which would have been almost 2 weeks away. I said that's fine and we scheduled the delivery. He said I would get a call when the delivery was an hour away. I waited all day and finally called the store at 530pm to find out what happened. I was told that the driver called off and my delivery wasn't coming. I asked when I could expect my delivery and he said he didn't know. So I hung up and called the Plainfield location to see if I could cancel my order and perhaps pick something from that store. I was told that Speedway and plainfield are sister stores and the guy at Speedway shouldn't have said he didn't know when my order would be there. I was told the driver called off because his wife got in a car accident and he had to take care of that. I said I understand things happen but someone could have called or texted and let me know they weren't coming. I asked when I could get this delivered and he said Tuesday because they didn't deliver on Monday. I said ok. I said if it's not going to be delivered can someone please call or text me. And he said I am putting you down now I will put you on the last stop for Tuesday and I promise it will be there. 640pm on Tuesday no one had called or showed so I called Plainfield again the lady that answered was rude and said they didn't deliver from there I will review that separately on their store. So I called and asked Speedway and they said nah it will be there Wednesday. I said I was told Tuesday and they said I promise Wednesday. Tired of broken promises I called back Wednesday morning and cancelled. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.
