My experience with this company started out great and quickly went downhill when I actually needed them to do their jobs. I bought a Samsung washer and dryer set from them on rent to own in 2024, at the end of 2024 I paid it off cash. The day after I paid them off my dryer stopped working so I called them because I had 60 days left of warranty since it was paid off. They came and picked my dryer up the day after thanksgiving and took it for repair, while they had it for repairs they left a loaner dryer. 1 whole month later they brought the dryer back and I tested it before they left - the dryer STILL would not get hot.. they took it back for more repair and just brought it back at the end of February 2025.. STILL DOESNT WORK.. so I called them again they specifically said I’m passed my 60 day warranty so there’s not they could do, I hassled a bit with Tisha and was sent to the GM. He agreed to get me on the schedule for more maintenance but was unhappy about it.. mind you they had my dryer for 3 months and still said I was passed my 60 day warranty even tho they had it the entire warranty period and still couldn’t fix it. I was told they replaced the thermostat and at their warehouse the dryer worked perfectly fine and the issue with it not working at my house must be a problem on my end even tho their loaner dryer had absolutely 0 issue at my house. I had my vents cleaned out to make sure that was not the issue and the man who did that said there was no clogs or anything that could be causing this “issue” Arron’s GM said was happening here. I paid a boat load of money at Arron’s and they were extremely quick to try to wash their hands of the issue. I canceled my upcoming service appointment with Arrons and decided to hire a company on my own to fix my dryer.. the man from the company I picked came to my house, fixed the dryer in about 37 minutes and it has 0 issues now. Arron’s had my dryer for a total of 3 months and it still was not fixed. I’m not sure if it’s the location or the company as a whole but this specific location, from what I’ve been told, has issues with its employees and the way the store is ran. I hate that I spent 4K at this store just to be ignored. Poor poor service.

Yari and Tez are such great delivery guys they are fast and organized. They put my furniture together perfectly and cleaned up their mess. Thank you Aaron’s ? I will be recommending everyone

The manager Mr. Darryl and Mr. Lance are amazing they are very understanding and professional the delivery drivers are awesome and there is a young lady that works in there that is very polite my experience was stress free and fun
