CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! they missed their on appointment and then when they tryna reschedule they expect for you to just wait 5 hours and then get cancel again. Morgan and Courtney are unprofessional and refuse to admit when they’re wrong. Lease elsewhere!

Picked up a pre leased gaming PC today. The staff said every item is restored to factory. Got it home and set up, it still has the previous users password set up. I can’t even get into the computer….NOT restored. Staff was helpful, but I can’t even use my computer, and they’re closed on Sundays…

I can not speak for other Aaron’s but this location has the worst customer service. I ordered a mattress from them and 6 months in , it started to sag in the middle. Obviously this is the manufactures defect, but it took me 5 months of calling them to get them to replace it. Every phone call was a lie or a promise to follow up. I’ve had their staff members hang up on me, and call me a lier. Their manager set up a delivery date, I took the day off work and nobody showed up or called. They didn’t call me until I called their corporate office to complain and ask for a refund. But of course all they can do is give me a new mattress, because you pay for what you use. Well I have not used this mattress since February because the whole middle is sunk in! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!
