Worst mistake of my life. Was told their club covered "everything." I'm disabled and I fell and accidentally broke tv. Well it doesn't cover anything at all. Then while I was in hospital they took payment off a card I used once and they asked if they could save the card I said no. They said they would refund it. But no they not only did not but used the card again after I told them to come get their stuff. 2 unauthorized withdrawals and can't get manager to contact me so I'm filing criminal charges now. Scam is their game

I would never recommend this place to anyone and I wish it had zero stars because that's what I would give them. We got a sofa from them and made two different compliments about it being messed up and they claim they were going to have someone fix it and never have. Phone numbers are the same and never got calls or text back from anyone.

if your customer pays every thing in full including late fees. it should be dropped. If items haven been giving back you should not charged them for those items regardless. because all their are going to do is clean it and put it on the resale from for maybe $200 cheaper. If you have the nerve to tell your clients your manager don't want to talk to you. that saying they don't have time. If your client is known to pay for their items regardless of the situation stop hsrrssing them. Thats harrassment and disrespect it is not in that contract. If you client tells you i want to talk to the manager. You are never suppose to argue with them. The character answer is yes sir or yes ma'am I understand and that it. You don't know what the discussion maybe. Disrespectful. I never left a bad review but this accounting deserve every bit of it.
