Stopped in for an estimate at this location. Their estimator was unfortunately with another customer. The sweet girl at the front desk was trying to work me into the schedule when the General Manager Randy came out, introduced himself and assessed the damages to my car with me! It turns out I need to take my vehicle to a mechanic shop rather than a collision center! I admire his leadership! I also wanted to give a review because I was not able to say thank you for his hard work & honesty! - Melissa

Keep having to bring the truck back for multiple issues/damages/dents/scratches missed. Lack of repairs to the vehicle made from the accident. Still issues/scratches/misalignment with the vehicle that they are not willing to fix.

They charged me $109 for one single bullseye fill. That's the price they quoted me for three fills. The windshield only needed one. Still charged $109. I've done this other places before for $40.

Michelle was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. She had my car in and out like that and the repair was and still is flawless. She made sure I understood everything especially not to get the expensive car wash for 60 days to not ruin the amazing work. She communicated well with me and made sure everything was all set for me to be able to get to work on time the following day. I 10/10 would recommend them to everybody everyday out of the week!
