I dropped my car off on July 23rd and didn’t get it back until September 13th — nearly two months later. When I finally got it back, the work was far from acceptable.
After just over a week, I had to bring it back on September 22nd because a panel underneath the car was hanging, the bumper they replaced and painted had bubbling under the tail light, and the bumper gaps were completely uneven. They also never replaced the damaged gas cap (which still has paint overspray on it) — despite receiving over $9,000 from insurance, which is absurd for this kind of poor-quality work.
Inside, my door panel now rattles badly whenever I play music, and the car was returned filthy, covered in shop dust.
When I brought these issues up, I was told the bumper would need to be repainted and that they’d call me once the new gas cap arrived to schedule another drop-off. I waited over two weeks with no call, so I reached out on October 6th. The front desk worker told me they had received the gas cap and would speak with the manager and call me back — no one ever did.
I called again on October 8th and was told the front desk worker was on vacation and that I’d supposedly been scheduled for a drop-off on the 16th — a date no one ever discussed with me. I explained that I can only drop off on Mondays due to work, so they changed it to October 13th.
Overall, this experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing from start to finish. I’ll update this review after they attempt to fix my car again, but so far, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Brent stepped in to handle the situation and saved the day. He had me bring my car back in and they adjusted things to make the alignment perfectly flush. I cannot say enough good things about the integrity and pleasant demeanor Brent had with making this situation right. Despite the difficulty in the beginning, I would still recommend this shop as they made the situation right and provided a rental for me cost free. If I could give Brent 6 stars I would. Got in my first accident and I didn't know what to do. I talked to Karen and she wrote my estimate, explained all the repairs and what parts would be used, she also explained the insurance process and all the steps and what to expect. She even called my insurance adjuster to set up everything with my rental. She pretty much handled everything and kept me updated on what was going on. I didn't really have to lift a finger once she took over. I got my car back earlier than I expected and she went over everything they did do it again at the end. I am so grateful for you guys, specially karen!!!! You are a life saver! I cannot recommend this place enough!

I was really happy with the service here! Everyone was super friendly and they got my car fixed up quickly without overcharging. They explained everything in a way that made sense, which I really appreciated. Definitely feels like a place you can trust, and I’ll be back next time I need work done!

So.... stoppped in to get a quote for body repair. The receptionist was explaining to someone else how they don't actually have appointment times available even though appointment times were shown available on the website because it's a glitch that isn't a glitch and it's a Monday. I asked about rocker panel repair and told them the make and model of the vehicle and the lady behind the desk told me we don't work with rust. Are you a body repair company or not? She said something about replace not fix, to which I said fine. I am a painting contractor so I understand, but I never say no. Another lady came out, glanced at my photo on phone showing a small area of damage under door, and said repsirs start at $8,000. I wouldn't stop here if I were you and here's my two cents. maybe they want to pull dents with suction cups or only easy repairs or insurance work. Very incorrect customer service. I'm asking basic questions as a customer with money after stopping in. I wouldn't trust them with body repair because initial impressions are where there's smoke there's fire

They kept me apprised of all repairs and the timeline. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They got the repairs done an entire week early which was such a wonderful surprise! Definitely would recommend!

I was involved in an accident the end of June, in my housing addition, with another resident , thankfully no one was hurt, but I had my car towed wherever they take it and it was then towed to Caliber at my request and so glad I did. They kept me informed as to what they would do and when they would do it. Amy called me every other day and reported what had been done and what was next. And when I got my car back you couldn't tell it was damaged. So be safe out there and if you need a body shop be sure to call Caliber Collision. Thank you Caliber
