Best experience I have ever had with a collision shop. Everyone was so nice and professional. I was not expecting to get my car back so quickly. I also wasn’t expecting my car to get detailed so that was the cherry on top of this excellent experience. Thank you to everyone at Caliber. If I ever have any collision work I need done, I will certainly make sure to come back to Caliber.

The staff was friendly and great to work with. They kept me updated on the progress of my insurance claim vehicle repairs. They took care of returning the rental car when my vehicle was ready.

I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision in Indianapolis (Lawrence - Pendleton Pike). I have an older car (2015 Impala with a cracked lower grill). Stuart (Service Advisor/Estimator) was wonderful to work with to find the right part & an affordable price. Vanessa at the front desk was exceptionally attentive in the scheduling & keeping me updated on the job.
For a relatively smaller job, I was not expecting such notable & amazing customer service & attention. I am sure no other body shop in town would have treated me as good. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I recently had my work truck repaired at Caliber Collision after an accident, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the team kept me well-updated on the progress, answered my questions, and made the entire process stress-free. The quality of the repair work was excellent, and the truck looked great at pickup. Their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship truly stood out.

It's awesome to know that there is still TOP of the line service around. Five stars all round!! For all repairs completed, well done on the paint job. Top of the line service from scheduling a date for dropping off my vehicle, and timely updates by text on what is happening with my vehicle from start to finish. Truly excellent service. Thank you everyone!! Hats off to Ms. Angela Jones she is amazing, knowledgeable and very kind and I want to also mention the lady at the front desk, she was very helpful and kind to me.
