Where my disappointment lies is in the handling of a seat belt replacement. Without discussing it with me first, they ordered the part and informed me they would need to hold my car until it arrived. At that time, I had already been paying out of pocket for a rental car for two weeks. I was told the part would not arrive until September 9, 2025—another week after my scheduled pick-up date. I declined, signed the necessary waiver, and took my car home.
As of today, September 23, I have yet to receive a follow-up about the seat belt. Each time I call for an update, it feels as though I’m inconveniencing the point of contact, who promises to return my call but never does.
This is frustrating because the seat belt, while still functional, does need replacement. I can only imagine how much longer I would have been without my car—and still paying for a rental—if I had left it with them.
The lack of communication and follow-up has been disappointing, and it has overshadowed what was otherwise quality repair work.

Great communication. They were concerned about an after market tag I put on the car that needed removed. They called to ask me where they could find one so they could replace it. It was only like 10 bucks and I told them not to worry about it. It was considerate of them to ask about it.

I am extremely frustrated with Caliber Collision for their complete disregard of my insurance claims requests. They have consistently added work and ordered parts without my approval, which is unacceptable. Communication has been lacking, and I've felt completely sidelined throughout the proces. I was advised by others not to use this facility, and I truly regret not listening to that advice. My experience has been beyond frustrating and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your auto repair needs!

Very pleased with the customer service here. Finished my repair several days earlier than promised and replaced a brake light bulb that wasn't even part of the repair because I was worried about it and couldn't do it by myself.

They seem to work in earnest but I was called in - twice - to pick up, but it wasn't ready. The work was top notch, but the communication was bad.
