Ace location, downtown Indy..my first time doing business with them..Customer rep. was Liz..her knowledge and performance and ATTITUDE was professional and speedy and courteous. Being that I am a 40 yr. customer rep. myself, she has earned my respect!

Tonye' Tonye' Tonye! Love that GURL. She lowered the $5 fee to only $2 dollars to cash my check and I was very satisfied. This was my second time doing service with her and I left out smiling. Tonye' is very skilled and knowledgeable on explaining the Porte card requirements. With her stunning light brown eyes and long black lashes, the owner should make her a manager. Taurus people rock!

I can’t think of her name , I believe it starts with a T . Downtown location she has great customer service . She is very friendly every time I come in the store .

Charlotte is always friendly and greets me with a smilewhenever I come in Ace check cashing located downtown indianapolis. She tries her best to always help me whenever I have trouble with my check deposits as well as with helping me set up a direct deposit account informing me that it will save me money and prevent from paying the annoying fees.

Manager was super busy, was short staffed but maintained to be professional and pleasant. She worked two lines by herself and provided service, customers were super nice and patient.

I called to get some information about a transaction and the woman on the phone was not helpful at all. I will NOT do do business with these people. If you are smart you will take your business somewhere else as well.
