This store used to be a friendly place to shop. I went there on Saturday 10-07-23. Previously, I made an appointment to have a key fob made for our car. This is a service that this Ace offers. We went into this store and was ignored by the person we made the appointment with. Name is Barry. Not knowing who he was yet, I asked another employee who I was supposed to talk to, and this person pointed to Barry. I said ok and walked back to the kiosk where I waited for him to be finished with another customer. Again he ignored us so I walked up and asked him if he could help. I didn't even finish my sentence until my head was snapped off by him. I told him he is Rude and walked to find my husband. My husband was working with someone else and I tried to tell him I was treated rudely by the person we have the appointment, and I was ready to leave. The employee my husband was working with tried to ask Barry again to help us, and again he snapped his co-workers head off. 3 times of being rude!!! I grabbed my husband put down our additional purchases and left the store. Will not shop here again!!!!! Not the same store it was before!! I heard new management!! Not sure if this is true. I gave one star because there is not a zero option.

The kindest and friendliest staff! Went tonight for some wasp spray and they showed us right where to go and which product was best! They even gave my 5 year old a sucker and it made his night! The customer service cannot be beaten.

I think it’s weird that no one of color works here. I know personally several people that are in the immediate neighborhood applied and never got the job. They can’t say they haven’t hired anyone new either because I’ve seen it. Been there over 4 years and not ONE person. Pretty disgusting. Do better

Just bought a new car but the screws used on the license plate were the wrong size. Stopped in this morning just as store opened. Hadn't taken 10 steps inside before one person greeted me and another asked if they could help. The gentleman walked out to my car in the parking lot, told me exactly the size I needed, walked back in and found the screws, took me up to the cash register, and offered help if I needed it. All this for a $1.10 sale. If this isn't service excellence I don't know what is.

Nobody seemed glad to be working there, there were huge pallets all over the floor blocking what I shopping for. An employee asked if I needed help finding something then just went back to what he was doing after I told him what I needed, it was so weird and awkward.
