Unprofessional.Felt like i was standing in a alley waiting to talk to the mechanic.One guy outside flirting with a customer and the other older guy i assume was on break, sitting at the register drinking water. Told me the young guy will be in a little bit,he will help you. And he sat there just chilling. I left after 15 minutes

My experience in this particular Advance Auto was pretty hoodish. Cashiers were themselves, never mind customers. Not to mention, they didn't have what I needed.#Advance No auto parts available. ??♂️

I had a wonderful experience at this location with AARIZ WHO NEEDS A SUPER RAISE because he took his time to go above and beyond on not only helping me assist the problem I was experiencing, he also helped make sure I was aware of what exactly the issue was and ensured my problem was resolved with a genuine helping hand and an extremely friendly smile. AGAIN his customer service was mind blowing and he takes his job serious and perfectly represents the advanced auto parts store overall.

This store have someone is rude with He spoke with me like raise his voice on my face. I'm kind of like he need to go somewhere else to work. I was here to check my battery. I buy from the store after 4 days, is the stop working? So don't come to the store. They have bad customer service.

CALLED IN A QUOTED A BATTERY AND WANTED TO PRICE MATCH THE BATTERY AND THE MANAGER WOULDNT PRICE MATCH BUT WANTED TO GIVE ME A 10 OFF. I WENT TO COSTCO FOR THE BATTERY AND IT WAS HALF THE PRICE 109 AND THEY WANTED 250. THANKS A LOT AND IM A SPEED PERKS MEMBER SINCE 2015, WANT BE SHOPPING THERE ANYMORE OVER PRICED AND WANT HONOR THERE POLICY.
