Curtis is an absolute joke. Doesn't want to do his job. Twice now he wouldn't pull a part they had in stock. Whole store smells like cigarettes and Marijuana.

Had real bad service at the Adv Auto parts this morning at 5150 E Thompson Road Indianapolis, IN. I walked in and ask if the person could check my battery and he said no can't help you. I said ok, I shut my car off, if it doesn't restart can you come give me jump start so I can do some where else and he said I can't help you.

Had good experience getting help to recharge a battery. I then came in to replace a battery on my key fob. Man behind counter offered absolutely no help. Would not even show we where the batteries were and said they are not allowed to touch the key fob. Acted like he didn't want to advise me as to how to open mine. Won't be back. Too many other places to choose from.

I am currently sitting in the car waiting on my husband at advance auto.Two employees are right at the entrance smoking and I had my windows down. So I rolled them up.Turned on the car for air conditioner. And all smoke came in.Why can’t they smoke elsewhere rather then having us walk through their smoke ? Guess I should have parked elsewhere

I asked a simple question and the kid behind the counter just looked at me. I asked him to pull up the info on the computer and he was still lost ... Went to AutoZone and got a better price

asked for the stereo they had in stock, worker went to the back to check. came back and told me that it must've been stolen, but he also said that considering where it was stored it only could've been stolen by an employee
