Advance Auto Parts is a great store located on Michigan Rd. The store always has what you need and the staff are helpful. A gentleman helped a customer with a wiper blade replacement, guided them to get a suitable blade, and offered to install it for them at no cost to customers. The owner helped in the store, was professional, genuine, and went beyond normal measures. Staff like a helpful leader are praised for their support. Shoppers love this place, say it is great, and recommend it highly. The cost for the wiper blade was $14.97 with tax, and the free installation made the experience even better.

Stopped in to get coil boots and witness a female employee being yelled by a old guy trying to force her to put a battery on. They should get rewarded for how they are treated.

They were very slow, I was in a rush and two employees were working. One of the girls was helping a guy in front of me and the other was looking at the computer. I just ordered the part on Amazon probably for cheaper.
