Advance Auto Parts is a great store located on Michigan Rd. The store always has what you need and the staff are helpful. A gentleman helped a customer with a wiper blade replacement, guided them to get a suitable blade, and offered to install it for them at no cost to customers. The owner helped in the store, was professional, genuine, and went beyond normal measures. Staff like a helpful leader are praised for their support. Shoppers love this place, say it is great, and recommend it highly. The cost for the wiper blade was $14.97 with tax, and the free installation made the experience even better.
Went in for a battery test. They were quite busy but also super responsive. Quick efficient service and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. New battery and problems all solved. Great experience.
