Went in to get windshield wipers for a Mercedes. The clerk was so very helpful. He told us exactly what we needed and changed the clips for us. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient ! Thanks for the help

How any business can go 10 minutes without any employees checking the front of the store to see if there are customers is mind blowing. The lady i finally spoke with wouldn't even let me finish talking to tell her what I need kept walking away while I was talking. I just left. Won't return. Usually don't got advance anyway.

I had about the best visit to an auto parts store that I ever had on Tuesday. I placed an online order--due to a mistake on my part, it was immediately before walking into the store--for some windshield wipers and a Bluetooth adapter for my older model car. They rounded up the stuff immediately and two of them walked out with me to the car to install my wipers. The wiper arms are quirky and old and they had a conversation about how to install them properly, which resulted in success. Very friendly and capable service.

Every time I go in the store I always have a good time with the people and the clerks that are in the store having a conversation and getting a part that I need to work on my car they have to Be knowledgeable on the porch that you need to help you work on your car

Robin helped me with a warranty replacement on my battery and had the new one installed very quickly! She was a pleasure to speak to and I hope that she is rewarded for her excellent customer service and wonderful personality.

Made two trips for an online order - both times order was not ready (even though email said it was).First trip no employees were to be found. Waited for ~10 minutes to be told the item was not in stock (contrary to the website) and to come back later.Second trip someone was at the counter (no uniform or name tag, said later they are just a “driver”) who went to get help (she was nice and helpful).Plenty of other auto stores in Indy to choose from - stay away from this one.

Very polite service representatives at counter and the rep who installed my Diehard battery which was $10 cheaper than Noblesville Advance Auto.
