Had a HORRIBLE experience today 2/17/25. I've been a loyal customer for 6+ years. I have never been mistreated like the way I was today. At 7:20 they started YELLING at the people inside to hurry up because they were closing at 8. Before I was at the checkout two families were trying to come in and the manager started yelling at them to go back were closed, when it wasn't even 8. One of the families even told her that it wasn't even 8 and she still would not let him in. When we got to the cashier, we asked what time they closed, and they replied "We close at 8, but after 8 we have to clean. We have to leave too" The person with me told the cashier that it wasn't fair to kick people out at 7:50, afterwords she started having an attitude. And the cashier even brought our race into this. "We don't do that here, but maybe that's how you do it in Mexico" A comment that had nothing to do with what we were asking. The manager did nothing but agree with the cashier. The manager then proceeded to tell us "If you don't like how we do things, you can be escorted out by the police". The manager continued to say racist comments to me like, "I can barely understand what you're saying". Then the cashier even told me "You'll say this inside but won't say it outside" Implying she wanted to fight. The manager did nothing but encourage her behavior. Once we started to leave, the cashier told us "If you don't like it enjoy Kroger or Walmart". This is what I remember, they said a LOT more. You can even check the cameras. I would really like to have the corporates phone number before this complaint is overlooked.

Fast, efficient. Decent product at a decent price. Produce looks fair, but definitely cycle out more of the bagged produce items when possible. Nice cashier.

Worst online shopping experience with this store! Ordered just 6 items but got only 2 right and the other items delivered were not on my list! Sent a message to the shopper/delivery person right away but reveived no reply. And worse, their stores don’t have numbers to call! I liked Aldi in Europe, but here in the US it sucks!
