Tatiana was giving me and my husband the best one on one experience! She was very helpful and detailed about Allen Edmonds and their re craft services. We will definitely come back and see her again. They refused to do a price adjustment on a pair of shoes purchased less than a month ago in brand new unworn condition. That's a stupid policy. I've outgrown this brand and won't be buying from them again.

I have been a customer at this store for about 5 years, and I have always had a good experience here. Current manager Diane is always very friendly and has helped me get what I need. The store carries a variety of formal and casual styles in a wide range of sizes and widths which is good for those of us who wear odd sizes.

Worst experience in a high end shoe store. The associate was completely incompetent. She suggested wrong sizes and was telling us what we wanted instead of taking the time and asking us. She talked so quickly as if she wanted us out of the store. She didn’t take anytime in wanting to help us. Worst experience I ever had in this store she should work at Walmart

Good shoes, questionable staffThe associate suggested I try on the incorrect shoe size before actually getting me what I asked for. I had to explicitly tell them “I’d really prefer the 10.5’s”, before they’d begrudgingly grab what I requested.Please, never patronize a customer like this again. Why would an employee even suggest I might be wrong about my shoe size that hasn’t changed in years? Extremely annoying and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and order online.

Brian is fantastic and will go above and beyond! Haven’t had the chance to interact with his other staff but when the manager approaches customer service like Brian does, I’m sure the whole team follows. Once I convince Allen Edmonds to open a store in Duluth MN I plan to recruit him to my city. Oh wait, probably easier for me to just move to Indianapolis. ?
