I was walking around with my friends looking at jewelry and clothes and went to try on a shirt when a male worker accused me of shop lifting and asked me to show the pair of earrings I was looking at, I showed him where I had placed them again and he walked away but kept eyeing me and my friends down the whole time we where in the store.

I absolutely love this store. I always fine a cute dress for any occasion. Jaqueline helped me try on graduation dresses and accessorize today and when I tell you it was the high light of my day I mean it!!! She was literally so kind and helpful and giving honest opinions while telling me how cute I looked. I love this woman and I’ll never forget her. SUCH A CUTE STORE

Very good experience here for my fiance. The store reps were very helpful, not pushy, and would often check in on my fiance while she was trying on clothes to see if she needed a different size of clothes.

Was accused of shoplifting after doing nothing but walking around and looking at clothes with my girlfriend. Manager said we were doing "sketchy stuff" and one of her employees claimed to have seen me put something in my pocket. She never clarified what exactly we were doing that was sketchy, so I guess if you shop there make sure not to look at anything the wrong way.

The manager of this store is snobby and rude. I purchased a 60$ shirt and the system malfunctioned and she would not refund me. She said "what do you not have another 60$" treating me like I did not have the funds. She didn't even give me a receipt to show proof that I needed a refund. It is now a week later and my money never went back into my account. I called the store to speak with her and she was not nice. She did not help me at all, and now I am still out 60$ I will never be shopping here again. For a place that is supposed to be centered around Christian women, I felt her customer service was not of that.
