If I can give this furniture store a big zero I would first of all they delivered the wrong furniture came back to pick that one up and brought the correct furniture with a broken let out switch. I called they told me to call the warranty company. Here is where it gets interesting they kept playing phone tag with me for 4 months or maybe longer and when I finally talked to someone they tell me they can’t replace my furniture they were rude and with that being said I will never spend another dime with this company they don’t stand on their word and the furniture is cheep quality

It's time for me to take action and get my Lawyer involved. First I was told that my bedroom furniture would be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks, which it turned out being 9 months later and after several phone calls. All I kept getting was excuses after excuses. My furniture was finally delivered and less than a month the LED lights went out on the bed and here I am again getting excuses after excuses on why something that I paid extra for a warranty is not being fixed. This place is a fraud. I've been giving them chance after chance to get right but it seems they're getting worst. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. I wished I had read the reviews about this place before spending my money.

The worst quality furniture! These photos were taken after the set was pulled out of the box. Looks like they sold us a used bed! Will never purchase from this store, and I would advise buyer beware.

Mike, the store manager at the 38th St. location. Has treated me with disrespect and total rudeness throughout the entire process of trying to resolve his mistake of ordering me the wrong couch. After about three weeks of me trying to communicate, calmly I may add. He lied, dismissed me, and treated as if it was a burden to fix his mistake. It took me bringing my father up to the store with me to get actual answers. Leaving me to only believe that Mike is discriminating against women. Because, my mother was there to and he refused to talk to her. Also every question that my father asked I had asked weeks prior and Mike didn't have any answers for me but mysteriously when my father join me today he had all of the answers. Finally I've just decided to dispute the purchase with the bank. Maybe he was just upset because he is not getting the commission from this purchase because he made the mistake. But that didn't mean I deserve to be treated the way I did after being a loyal customer for the past four years at least. I will not be shopping with them again! Can't wait to speak with the general manger to discuss in further detail his staff's sales strategies.

PLEASE spare yourself headache!! bought merchandise worth $3900 and paid for it all before leaving the store in July and was told the bedroom suit was in the warehouse. After a month and a half they delivered part of it and ever since we are still waiting and when we ask the RUDE employees there even intimidate you. Iam looking for the owner or someone who can help me get what i paid for. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD!!Everything other customers have said is so true about the bad customer service. so sad customers have to be treated that way. I could not recommend anyone until something changes at this store

Poor customer service! Jeremiah and Mike are bunch of liars and very rude. You can't trust them. If they tell you your orders will arrive in 2 weeks, don't expect it for another 3months.

Terrible terrible terrible my bed was supposed to come 2 weeks after ordering, but unfortunately it’s been 2 months and still counting. They’ve dropped half of it off. They broke my dresser then told me to wait another week for the rest. I wait another week and they only bring my Chester drawer and the wrong parts to my bed..then leaves again. ?THREE times they’ve been to my house, I just wonder when they’re going to be professional and deliver the rest of MY bed ..just a head board sitting in my room just like they left it. Reminder 2 months with no bed and stilllll counting ?zero stars

*DO NOT RECOMMENDED* The worst possible furniture store in all the history of the United States. This by far was the worst possible customer service I’ve ever received. After giving them so many chances to get it right. After rushing to take your money they’re slow to give you products, service or a refund. Somethings that was as simply as a call back was very hard for them to follow up with. Every change I gave them they took it and slap me in my face with a lie. The whole experience was like a bad dream. I’ve once had a seamless experience with this store years ago which prompted me to return but this time around was a complete nightmare. Please if you are considering this place DON’T! Mike is by far a charmer. It may seem that way until he get your money!! This place is a scam if the items are not in stock! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN OR HIRE HONEST PPL. The men that work there now are messy and very manipulative! Also *REFUNDS ARE POSSIBLE* -10/10 HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

This place is highly overpriced. The price is not worth the quality. You can find the same brands on Amazon.com for 1/3 of the price. Shop around elsewhere. You will be happy from all the money you will save.

I was really hoping my situation was a one off but looking at the reviews I see this is a consistent thing. Ordered bed set back in Jan. The dresser was delivered damaged and I was advised I would receive another one when my chest came in that I didn’t even know was on backorder. I have called the store numerous times and was advised to send photos of the damages. I called again because the email replies stopped and was advised they would call the warehouse and follow up with me. Here I am yet again having to reach out to try and figure out what is going on with my furniture. This is absolutely the worst experience I have had with a furniture store and will never use again.

I purchased bed set on 9/2021 .. PAID IN FULL.. they made it seem like it was on stock & would be available for pick up that following weekend. as of today 2/8/2022 they are telling me they are still waiting for it & they have more people waiting on the same bed set. it’s soo ridiculous. i will never buy from them again. i will be calling their store every single day for an update until i get my stuff. it was not cheap whatsoever.. paid almost $3k & they act like it’s ok to keep us waiting. super unprofessional.

Do NOT Patronize this store, just save yourself the stress, this is what Lamonte as store manager delivered to us one year ago! My wife and I have been there several times to have them replace this! You can see the picture; whenever I call them all they do is to lie to me that they will bring a new one. It’s been more than a year now! Terrible company
