I went to the American mattress on W 86th St. Chris, the store manager, was a joy to work with! He explained all of the features on each mattress that we were interested in. He helped us make the best decision for what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a mattress for us and a mattress for our daughter. We will be back to surprise our son who just moved out on his own! Thank you Chris for making our trip a success!

Absolutely no pressure to buy.. I took my time, visited other stores and decided that American Mattress was definitely the best in every aspect (selection, price, no extra fees, no restocking fee for exchanges with 120 days, etc.) Delivery was quick, on time and professional.

During the search for a perfect pillow for my arthritic neck and shoulders, I chose American Mattress because it was highly rated online. I wasn’t disappointed. The manager of the store suggested two excellent, but different pillows, which I purchased. I tried them both out that very night and was thrilled the next morning to discover I’d had the best night’s sleep I had in years! I’ll definitely return when I need a new mattress.

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable as we were searching for the right mattress. Investing in a mattress is a big deal…. and having an honest, helpful and knowledgeable sleep specialist is crucial in getting the right mattress to meet our collective needs. This is our second purchase from this location and we have been satisfied on both occasions and the MANY trips as we narrowed in on our selection. Highly recommend this store and their staff.

I was greeted very nicely and immediately was directed to the best fit mattress for my sleep style. Originally I was skeptical of the prices but after talking to the associate patiently for over an hour he helped me work though all the nuances of why American mattress beds are worth the cost! 100% would recommend

I worked with Ginger on Willow Lake West 86 Street in Indianapolis In. She was very professional and treated me with respect. Also she answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with this large purchase. Ginger took the time to show my all my options. There was never any pressure to buy a mattress set while I was in the store. I felt very comfortable with her and made my purchase before I left the store.

Wonderful experience. Colby gave wonderful customer service and provided information needed on mattresses I was interested in and type good for my sleep positions. I literally have had my old mattress and box spring over 20 years! and finally was able to and took time and has been shopping for a new one. Hopefully this will help resolves some of my back issue woes and wake up refreshed. Excited to give it a try :).
