The office manager is the rudest woman I have ever encountered. She is absolutely in the wrong field. My son, who is a highly functioning autistic adult, has Crohn's disease and had an order for home infusions. He also had prior authorization through our insurance. He is an adult, so he had been trying to handle this issue on his own & get things set up. When he finally let me get involved and be on the call with him, she snapped at him and said "Sir, I already told you your insurance denied this last time you called." She wouldn't let him speak or even attempt to listen she just ran him right over and acted as if he was a bother for her to actually do her job. She did not offer any assistance, advice, or guidance. I do not recommend this place, there is absolutely no compassion and that is awful when you are servicing very sick people who are already struggling beyond capacity. Absolutely Shameful!KabaFusions, on the other hand, is amazing with the most compassionate and helpful staff I have ever met!

Friendly staff were very helpful and thoroughly answered my questions, overall good experience when speaking to a representative over the phone to order my dad's Home infusion Therapy supplies.They even started monthly delivery instead of weekly which helped put dad's mind at ease that he wouldn't run out and it made things simpler for me that now I only need to call once a month instead of weekly to schedule deliveries
