Been to several different dealerships to get my car serviced but this one was the best! They have you in and out very fast no long waits in the service department. I will recommend them to anyone.

When I originally attempted to call the dealership to get my vehicle scheduled for service I had to call 4x times to get through to an advisor at 8am.I have attempted to get service at this particular dealer multiple times in the last and this is my first time actually receiving the service i requested.Service advisors seem to be less than helpful with providing a clear concise timeline of when to expect your vehicle back.Honestly the only good part about the whole experience was the fact that the tech got the job done right the first time and I did not have to return. Although I did find later that I had a bad strut that was missed during the “inspection”

I dropped my Chevy equinox off early last month, it was having some issues taking too much antifreeze. Over the whole experience communication was horrible. I was told it would take 24-48 hours for them to take a look, I got my car back 4 weeks and 2 days later during that time I reached out to them once a week they only reached out to me twice (close to the end of the 4th week and they sent a text when it was ready for pick up). I understand sometimes take longer but it should be communicated especially when I have to arrange transportation for a month unexpectedly. Once they got the warranty company go ahead they had everything fixed in about three days.

I dealt w/ a couple different individuals but ultimately ended up working w/ Matt in the service department. I was in need of suspension work and body work. Matt’s communication was stellar, we kept each other in the loop regarding the details of my needed services. He was professional and honest in his dealings w/ me.

Nothing was done about my tires. The front tires were switched to the back. That’s why my tire pressure light is still on. $105 for an oil change and a lazy job? I think not. I’d rather go to a trusted mechanic for better service and prices

Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Came in to get a lug nut key that I needed and they put new locks on with no charge. Also discovered 2 recalls...they didn't have the part but got it in and worked with my schedule to install it. Very good customer service ?

I was extremely impressed by the prompt service and the timely manner in which the problem with my car's EPS was addressed. I definitely will on the future bring my car in for other reg maintenance and repair issues.

Had our 2001 Malibu in the body shop for a dented fender on an insurance claim. This shop started saying the car needs engine work. (Not true) Their office rep started messing with the ignition. On the day the car was completed, it wouldn't start. I was given a list of items that were wrong with the car, but the body shop said they weren't able to fix the car. Had the car towed from Avon to Andy Mohr Chevy looking at a possible $1000 repair. Matthew in the service department was polite and friendly. The car was up and running the next day after resetting the ignition switch. Only paid a small service fee. Matthew brought a difficult situation to a pleasant end. I have 4 family cars that have found a new home for servicing.

Christian was my service writer and Mr. Johnson was my mechanic. I have no complaints, they kept me informed, showed me the issues, and gave me my options. Costs were within my budget. I have always gone to Andy Mohr for my last two trucks, over twenty five years.

Beginning of July I traded in my perfectly running 2018 Durango for a Pacifica. They agreed to fix some issues with it and we agreed to drive it home and bring back two days later. They would let us know on that day if they had a loaner for us which they did not. Now the van has been sent to another dealership and is just sitting there waiting for the part it needs. We are a 6 person family and have been without a proper vehicle for a month now. Not once has anyone called to fill us in. The service we got the day of the sale was great but it ends there. The only updates we have gotten have been from the other dealership. Absolutely do not recommend this place if you want a good experience. As soon as you drive off the lot they wipe their hands of you.

Was disappointed in the service. First I was advised that they found the problem. Next they told me nothing was wrong but still charged me $160.00 for diagnosis. Then when I went to get in my car and close the door the interior panel fell off. They pulled the car bac in to reattach the trim panel and did not put the lock rod in. The service advisor Karl said there was no lock rod. I found it laying in the cup holder and showed him. He said "oh". Karl is either incompetent or incapable. Another advisor Christian was very helpful and tried took time to help me out. If not for Christian I would give them 1 star.

The services done to my vehicle are perfect BUT -1star because of Jeff! He was a condescending/patronizing asshat! He needs a few lessons on customer interactions . He should maybe let the customer speak instead of talking over them or cutting them off . The mechanic was very helpful after services were done, he even helped me put my new license plate on ..Bless his little mechanical heart ..
