Heather on the front could use some training on how to talk to clients and better her attitude. No guidance and just expect clients to know everything .

Not aware of pricing or test requested. Fee online did not match what I was charged, though less than online. Be prepared to call up on your phone what you need.

This will now be my go-to lab. Key was very knowledgeable. I was able to add on a couple of additional screenings upon arrival and I was still in and out within minutes. Key took the time to explain everything to me and went above and beyond to make sure my doctor will receive my lab results. I am happy to recommend this lab to anyone. I had a positive experience in the treatment, customer service, and overall process with Key.
