I had a great experience at the apple store today! I was helped at first by Aresma who did SO much to help and then CJ helped me setup my new phone. They were both extremely helpful and made the process so smooth and easy! Would recommend this apple store to anyone. Even though it was busy in the store, it didn’t take long for me to be helped at all. Overall, very pleased :)

Unfortunately, the help that I was expecting didn’t go well.. I needed help due to my phone having hearing, screen coloring change and low battery issues.. (W/O having any water damage or phone dropping issues phone in good condition just older) The only solution that was provided was to pay money for a internal battery issue or to pay to upgrade my phone… iPhone owners who were part of a class action lawsuit against Apple, alleging it deliberately slowed down its old iPhones to get people to upgrade to the latest model now I feel like they are pushing issues with battery internal issues.. Here comes another lawsuit

Wish 0 stars was an option. This store is worthless and the new reason that ALL Apple products will be leaving ALL schools in Indiana. The company has a recall. The recall is NOT honored at all. A Recall is NOT the same as a warranty. Per the Law there are no restrictions or timeframe that recalls are honored by. You all just lost a lot of money from Indiana. You lie and don’t follow the law you pay the price.

The service folks are great. Sales? They should be trained to at least acknowledge folks waiting to purchase high dollar items. (Looking at you, Steven. Been waiting for 10 minutes while you make small talk with your other customer.)

If you want to feel like you’re at an airport on a really horrible travel day, dealing with absolutely no one who cares, go to this store. My recent experiences at this store made me feel like I’m witnessing the downfall of a brand, which is unfortunate because I love Apple products. It pains me to leave 2 stars instead of 1. I’ve done it because I dealt with one gentleman who was kind, professional, did care, and tried his best. My impression is that management must be disincentivized from caring at all about customer satisfaction or these reviews. I will avoid purchasing Apple products from Apple stores moving forward.

Good experience with ‘geniuses’. Somehow, my mother got locked out of all her Apple devices when her passcode was mysteriously changed. She was very concerned that she would lose her data and her devices would become useless, however, store staff were kind and patient with her and assisted her to reset and restore all of her devices with a new passcode. We were not even there to purchase anything but still received great support and assistance from the staff. No wait either.

Although this place is usually quite busy at peak times, Apple usually has enough employees to limit any kind of wait time. Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgable, but I have encountered a few that just seemed like they wanted to be left alone and that I am bothering them on occasion. Overall, the experience is usually pretty good, the store is very clean and modern, and you usually feel like you get a level of service you would expect when spending a larger amount of money.

Apple is the best. They delivered my new iPhone in one day. Very fast shipping and free. I worried if I won't get it before my travel time. Also, an employee did help me through the purchase process. I appreciate his time and favor and thanks Apple for everything.

Very hard to find even after you got to the mall from the outside you can’t even tell that it’s an Apple Store unless you catch the symbol up on top of the building! Inside the information boards never mentioned Apple Store. The only thing they did for me while I was there was they help me put all my text into my cloud. But never figured out why his texts froze and I can’t read them. ??? My husband passed away I could only wish I could read them again! ????

do NOT try to pressure me into buying further things once you get me into the store. I know what I wanted , I ordered it ONLINE and I should NOT have to explain to someone WHY im chosing to opt out of AppleCare - I feel like I wanted to grab my item and haul tail out of there which I did A suggestion is okay , but to tell me why my choses are wrong or I will regret them makes me feel pressured and upset . 0 stars because this is unacceptable .

Took an iPad in for a new battery. They said they could only do a trade but on closer examination they said it was bent and therefore could not trade it out. I then took it up the street to Ubreakifix and they said it was not bent but the battery was hot and expanding. They simply replaced the battery. All is good. No thanks to the incompetent guy working at Apple!

Dropped my Mac book off for repairs a week ago. I was original quoted that it would take 3 days to repair which is already sketchy since it was being shipped off. I was called the same day that it would take quicker for the products to be fixed in store.Two days later I checked to see the status and it was being shipped. I called support and they told me that they stripped a screw during the repair. It happens I have no issue with it. I was then told it would take another 3 days. Three days passes by it has just arrived at the repair place.I call the store again and they tell me that the screw was already stripped when they opened it and kept insinuating that I took it to a 3rd party and it was previously striped there. This is the manager that I’m talking to. I asked for the payment to be waived or if they can expect the process. They kept saying that it’s being fixed anyway so there is nothing they can do.After lying to me, and gaslighting me that it was already stripped. After someone had already said that they had stripped it. I still had to pay the fee after waiting 6 extra days after the original date I was quoted. If you can’t refund me that’s fine but at least you can be empathetic of the situation. For a great product you should have great customer service.

Went in a couple days ago to see about trading in my iphone 11 for the iPhone 14. Brandon helped me and was nice but COMPLETELY lied to me. He showed me financing options and told me that T-mobile (who i have service through) had a deal going on where if I finance through them it would only be $12.89/month for the iPhone 14 Pro Max. I initially was only planning on getting the regular 14 but this was such a good deal I thought I couldn’t pass it up. I even double checked the pricing with him multiple times to make sure it was right and he assured me it would be $12.89/mo after two months because that’s when bill credits would kick in. So i went ahead with the deal. Then my sister went in today to see about getting the same deal and they were so rude to her and no help at all. She went to T-mobile store and come to find out that deal was only for NEW T-mobile customers, not existing. So my monthly payment will be $31/month. I’m not even mad about the pricing because $31/month is honestly not bad for the phone but I’m very upset that he completely mislead and lied to me. I’m not sure if it was intentional or they just have no idea what they’re talking about, but either way I would not recommend this store to anyone.
