Not even a one star rating but since there is no zero 1 it is. Horrible customer service. Gal at front desk friendly,tech I am assuming was new and Dr Lydia,you have no business practicing with your rude demeanor. You shouldn't treat people so poorly, especially your customers. Next time your late you should apologize for being an hour late and wasting MY time. Did I mention I was there on time waiting an hour for your arrival. And because you felt guilty for making me wait decided you were going to attempt to abuse your authority ????. I will pray for you but you might want to return your licensure. I am sure the oath mentions respecting your customers. Most practices use the term patients.

Personnel was very nice , but I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out info , appointment was for 12pm ,I arrived at 11:45 am got seen for xrays at 12:15 ,sent back to waiting room , for 1/2 a hour , called back to wait for 20 minutes to get exam , after that and doctor taking a look , I had been there for 2 hrs and given a outrageous estimate

I went here in July of 2023 needing my teeth pulled and dentures. Keep in mind that I only had 17 teeth left in my mouth. They quoted me at almost $10,000 and needed $5500 up front before they would start anything. I went to Comdent Dental they have completed the work and all total for everything it was $4263.00. They make you feel very comfortable and my dentures are beautiful and Comdent Dental will work out payment arrangements. Don't waste your time and money on Aspen dental they are price gouging

I was at the Southport office to get an extraction. From the time I walked through the door, the entire staff was courteous and professional. I was nervous and one of the staff even asked what kind of music I liked and played it during the procedure to help me stay calm. I am so thankful for them. They turned an unpleasant situation into a positive experience! Thank you!
