I wish I could give this place a good review, but I just can't. I was going here for my dental needs for several years, but there have been too many times when my appointment randomly gets changed a few days before my original appointment, and they never notify me. If it happened once, that's fine; mistakes can happen... BUT THIS HAPPENED TWICE. I scheduled an appointment for a tooth filling today at 2:00 PM. I got an email confirming the appointment when it was made, but got another email a few days before the appointment asking to confirm my appointment at 3:00 PM. I never saw these emails because they were going to my old email address that I don't use anymore, but I saw them now when I went to check.So, at some point, they changed my appointment, which means I went out of my way to make it on time to my appointment, only to find out they changed it. The receptionist lied to me and said it was always at 3:00 PM, never changed. I showed her proof that I made it for 2:00 PM, and she didn't care. Then, SOMEONE ELSE came and checked in for a tooth filling scheduled at 2:00 PM. I can NEVER recommend this place again since they clearly don't respect people's time. I cannot trust the appointment I schedule.AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!

They got me in immediately to deal with my tooth and extraction. Would absolutely recommend them for dental emergencies. They are also very kind, answer questions regarding care thoroughly, offer regular care in addition to emergency care, and have a super calming atmosphere in their office. They were an absolute lifesaver for me. I highly recommend this office.

This place deserves no stars. I requested a copy of my sons xrays and never got them. So I had to go through that process again with another dentist just to get his tooth fixed.

Everyone here was nice and treated me well .except the lady that takes your payment .I ask her to check my insurance again because new year new benefits could have been on it . Well I got a no right away. My balance was 300 so I asked about care credit that was a no right away also not for that amount even though on.their website it says anything over 200 was eligible for care credit financing so who is lying. I had a few additional questions I wanted to ask but the waiting room was full and I was right at the check in where everyone could hear If I ever go back I will ask for someone else to take my payment

All staff are courteous, professional, and easy to talk with. Dentist and hygienist are knowlegeable and skilled. I love the excellent work they have done for me.

The service here is terrible I would recommend going somewhere else thats not aspen dental. The communication is awful. I was sitting in a dental chair for an hour before someone was supposed to start on my cleaning I thought. Then I was told that I could come back two hours later in the day to get my cleaning done when my appointment was set in the morning. So I definitely will not be going here for my check ups.

I went for a basic cleaning and they tried to say a stain on my tooth was a cavity and that I needed all this work that wasn’t necessary. I wanted a dentist that was closer but these corporate dentists are a rip off! Will be going back downtown to Sonrisa.
