I am very pleased with Miles of Storage I have rented there many years and they continue to improve and Lyndsey is most helpful and answers phone on the first ring unless she is busy and then calls me back asap. I highly recommend and urge anyone needing a storage facility to give Miles of Storage a call

For the most part the place is fairly clean.The units are easily accessible and the staff is very helpful and always smiling. I highly recommend useing Miles of storage for your storing needs!

I was happy to see this place has a lot of security when I moved in and I can get in 24 hours a day. I had lots of questions and they were very kind in helping me out. I really appreciate when people go the extra mile.

The door on my unit wanted to fall off every time I opened it. The new company took over and jacked up the price without addressing any issues. Got my stuff out by mid month and they took it upon themselves to move me out and close my account early without prorating.

This facility feels very safe, which is important to me. It is well lit with lots of cameras and an automatic gate.

I won storage at this place and was cleaning out the unit me and my friend decided to go down to the goodwill to drop off some unwanted items we left behind a dolly and closed the unit door only to return to find the dolly missing I confronted the clerk that was working there because she was the only one there and she called me asking was I returning to the unit which I explained to her I was at the goodwill and I was on my way back so I confronted her about when I realized the storage door was open after I closed it and the dolly being missing she seemed extremely nervous she began to stutter and then she decided to try to blame other potential customers who were just driving in to inquire about renting a unit out at this point Im giving up on storages and finding treasure because after this incident I'm also convinced the worker at these facilities go through these units before they auction them off
