I'm a little late writing this review. I must say I was very impressed with the service I received from Bonnie. She went over and beyond the call of duty to get me the lift chair I wanted. She didn't mess around any and was quick to follow through with everything that was needed to be done. She definitely knows what she's doing and AHHE is lucky to have her. I would highly recommend this company's services!

Went to pick up a Knee Scooter for a foot surgery after i was told they couldn't ship at this time due to stock shortage. When I arrived, the first scooter was broken to the point she could not adjust. She then pulled up the second scooter and adjusted and away i went not paying much attention to it. The scooter provided must be the nastiest, dirtiest, and most used scooter they could have. I spent 20 minutes with wet wipes cleaning it. I have used for two days now after surgery. Bad brakes, no basket of any kind was attached as shown, pieces breaking off at the adjustment spots. I know they take insurance but what horrible service they provide. They get enough for rental as it would almost to buy one and they are in the poorest of condition. You would expect some oversight here, but clearly none!

It's like pulling teeth to order supplies from these people, everyone blames somebody else for dropping the ball, there's got to be an easier way. I shouldn't have to call half the company to put in a simple order and pay for it.

Outstanding service. Wife had bypass surgery and was being discharge next day, it occur to us that we needed a hospital bed. Called and Bonnie was very helpful. They were able to get me the bed within 4 hrs. Outstanding service.

Wow!!! I am not sure how they are in business. Terrible experience with Bonnie the two times I have spoken with her. Extremely rude, will not listen without trying to talk over me, and just angry! Called the 1800 # first and Jennifer was just as rude. She continually tried to talk over my insurance rep that had me on a 3 way call. Very disappointed with this company! I will NEVER do business with this company again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE USE THEM!!!In response to the reply below from the company, per your reviews this has been an ongoing issue for not only the local business but also the 1800 call center. Look at the reviews you are receiving. Your response is nothing but lip service!

Thank you to Bonnie, Debra, Jim and Stacey. I was in Louisville for a family visit. I left the elbow connector for my CPAP at home in Minneapolis which meant I couldn't use my CPAP. I drove to Indianapolis on Saturday thinking that the AHHE showroom would have a replacement elbow. At the showroom, I was told that CPAP supplies are sold at their main office which is closed on Saturday. However, understanding my dilemma the staff arranged to have one brought over from their main office for me to pick up at the showroom. That was excellent customer service and very much appreciated.

If it’s possible to give less than one star I would.Rude, incompetent, wont call you back, confusing. They refuse to do their job but blame covid. Expensive. Just overall terrible experiences and i will not be returning. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I came to pick up a cane that I need to walk The lady was very rude, refused to run workers comp because she was the only one there. She had no concern for the patient.

I'm so happy with the quality of service I received from the 2 wonderful ladies that helped me at the spur of the moment in a time of need. From my first phone call I knew I was dealing with compassionate, dedicated people who are truly there to help those in need and I really believe that they will do whatever they possible can to make sure you are taken care of. I can't thank you enough Ann. Without you, my father would not have been able to attend my daughter's college graduation. It meant so so much to my entire family and we are truly grateful. Bless you!

Very helpful on phone. Very helpful in store. I needed a shower transfer bench and toilet riser for a friend and they had both... Fully assembled and ready for me to purchase. Yay!!! So incredibly glad I found them rather than having to order on line! Highly recommend.

I walked in to buy a wedge pillow. I went to the back of the store to look. One of the ladies in the front said very loudly that she was not going to help me because I was on my phone. Now take in mind I didn't ask for help. I was only look for a wedge pillow. And the other lady working up front said oh she is still here. And the other lady said I am not going to talk to anyone that is on there phone. I just walked out. I thought that's was rude. For anyone that wants service here don't get on your phone or they wont help you!

Bonnie was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever met. How this location has any customers is beyond me with her poor attitude. Instead of taking care of my needs and aid in the sale of a rolling walker she was extremely rude. I left without a purchase nor the medical supplies that I needed thanks to Bonnie.

I was specifically told by your phone operator/customer service assistant that I could get a new wrist splint every 6 months, as I was here almost 1 year ago. She is now changing her story and telling me that she never said that and the woman that bills medicaid said that I can't get one only every 5 years! I can always buy one out of my own pocket for nearly $60 and if they pay for it (Which I called my insurance carrier while sitting in the store and they said they would pay for a new one no problem) then At Home will reimburse me. If I had that kind of money in the first place, I would not be on medicaid! Besides the fact of traveling all the way to the north side, which I cannot stand. She was rude, unfriendly, acted very snobbish, and was very argumentative. I didn't like her attitude at all! I waited in the office for over half an hour to be told I couldn't get a wrist splint. What a waste of time, effort, and money!
