I’ve never shopped at a boutique athletic store before, and wow—Athleta just set the bar incredibly high. After committing to lifting weights for over a year, I decided it was finally time to upgrade my workout clothes. As a plus-size girlie, I’ve always worried about how I’d be treated in these kinds of stores. But every single person who helped me was kind, supportive, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find what worked for my body.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The first associate who greeted me listened carefully when I explained that I needed workout pants for lifting—something that didn’t feel like “dolphin skin,” not overly compressive, but also wouldn’t roll down during workouts. She absolutely nailed it with her recommendations. I tried on a few styles and ended up leaving with pieces that feel perfect for me.
If I could give 10 stars for customer service and overall experience, I would. This visit completely changed how I view shopping for athletic wear. I left feeling confident, supported, and ready to crush my next lift.

Bad online shopping experience but it won’t let me review that online so here we are. Ordered an item for an anniversary two months ahead of time. Item then showed on back order after it was ordered but would still get here on time for the anniversary but then was delayed until a week or two after the anniversary. That week later came and now it is saying it will be delayed another two months. Just terribly unreliable. First and last time ordering from Athleta.

They recently renovated the store and there is now some type of signature scent/fragrance overpowering the store. Apparently this is a new thing for recently renovated stores. I’m not super sensitive to smells but this was too much. I can’t imagine having to work there now. What a bummer.

I was invited for a private shopping party and a sound bath. This was my first time to Athleta and to a sound bath. I absolutely loved everything about this experience!!! The store manager Donna is such a delight to talk with and shop with. I really enjoy how nice the staff is and how helpful they are. After having purchased a bra there and wearing it I can say they offer great quality clothes for women. Can't say enough great things about this store!

I love Athleta! The clothes are really good quality and worth the price. The staff is always very kind, happy, and helpful. Currently the store staff wears masks and most customers are as well. Kudos Athleta Indianapolis!

I honestly love this place so much! The fabric is so soft. The fit is just perfect. I can’t help but be pleased with everything I purchase. All my leggings are so durable and have lasted so long and through everything. The prints and designs they have are so pretty, and I enjoy their helpfulness in finding the perfect style.

I love Athleta! The clothes are really good quality and worth the price. The staff is always very kind, happy, and helpful. Currently the store staff wears masks and are requesting customers to as well. They are social distancing appropriately. Kudos Athleta Indianapolis!
