Hello, Recently my Android kept freezing up & had multiple issues. Multiple viruses had taken over. Two nice young men. Lameire & Malcom Clemens assisted me. They were extremely nice & very helpful. Every discount & options that were available to me were fully explained. The store was getting an influx of customers. Enter Pon who is the ultimate manager of the store. Very intelligent & personable. Pon has great leadership skills & is a great multitasker.
I had to remove a freeze on the 3 credit agency's. Pon helped me get thru some issues.
Now I am on the 55 plus plan. Save some money on my fixed income. Everything is good now. Plus I received 2 promotional items. The store on 5025 E. 82nd St 46250 is ready to give You top notch expert customer service & the best deals possible. Thank you Pon & Company. Daniel E. Stonehouse. I truly like my new phone. Please call me. Manager lied straight to me & my father's face $70 for 2 lines they said. Came to the store 4x switching from T-Mobile. Already had phones, didn't purchase any. Our bill is 216$. Over 10 hrs so far and a huge waste of time. Went back to store today, said the lowest we can do is 104$. They also always lock the doors here, like they scam people so often I get the impression they're concerned someone they previously scammed may walk in.

My husband's phone was on the fritz, so we went here. The first guy tried and tried to fix his, but it was beyond repair. We decided to get a new phone. A lady named Alley was quite a lot of help. Then she handed us over to another man. He helped us get stuff from our old phone to our new phone. He is very satisfied with his new iPhone 16E.

Both La’Mire and Pone were extremely helpful and efficient. Came in to re-estblish my cellular connection and they went the extra mile and recognized my plan was out dated which upon revision saved us a significant amount on our plan. Excellent customer service and exemplary professionalism.

I went into my local AT&T hub and upon entry was greeted with a “Good Morning” by Paul (who happened to be the store manager). This may not appeal or stand out to most but in a time were true customer service is rarely acted upon it was refreshing to have such a warm welcome; it was as though I was entering an individual’s home. Paul then explained his current work flow or process in that he was tending to a customer that was present and he would be sure to take care of me afterwards. In between Paul helping the customer, he would check in with me giving me an update on timing ((this is while the customer had to do some odds and ends on his own). When it was my turn to be assisted Paul did some research into my situation and also provided added documentation of his research into my profile. Because there was limitations on what Paul was able to do for me, at a retail or branch level, he directed me to the company phone dialing the particular department that would best be able to address and assist me with my issue. After some time, I was able to get my situation resolved. Paul had circled back to ensure that I had been taken care of. I thanked him and expressed my gratitude and appreciation for his help because I understood that he had lot going as he was working double duty for upper management as well as overseeing his store. Paul really came through by helping me to maintain my trust in what exceptional customer service should resemble!
