I really appreciate the my wireless team,and there professionalism,I was having so much trouble and they take the time to help me deal with all my concerns,they’re a problem solver,they’re doing a great job, I take my hat off to them,double thumbs up for the team.the service they give makes AT&T look really great, I would recommend any person to go to my wireless branch they service is super great.

I was experiencing an issue with upgrading me and my wife's phones and visited this At&t store to see if they could help. I originally ordered the new phones and plans through Costco, but visited this location as it was close to my work. Once in the store the gentleman who greated me did not have initial success with activating the phone and had to call support. After about 30 minutes of trying to resolve the issue, i asked if I could pick the phone up later as I had to do some errands. Overall the issue took over three hours to resolve. The gentleman that helped me was extremely professional and handled the issue with grace, he had worked to the best of his ability to provide excellent customer service. I can't say enough to speak to the high level of customer service they provided to resolve this issue. Take the issue for what it is worth about At&t as a service provider, but the team at this store is top notch.

We've had fiber optic internet with AT&T for a few months now - spotty service to begin with, leading to an eventual disruption in service. Sebastian Sherrod came to our home and said that the fiber optic line had been run through a tree. He called this a stupid mistake and said it was on AT&T to fix and pay for the repair cost. He even helped to arrange a discount in our monthly bill for the error. Neither of these promises did he come through on or include in notes about the incident. We received a bill for the full month of charges plus a service fee. Sebastian has been avoiding my phone calls ever since and will not respond to voicemails. Mr. Sherrod, I still hope you will call me so that we can resolve these issues. I am very disappointed with AT&T and will encourage our neighbors to move forward with newly installed metronet fiber service.

The Agent (JG) treated me and a very demeaning matter. He offered me the 14 even though I wanted the iPhone 15 Pro Max. He said the 15s over heat and customer are returning the phones. I asked him if there were any benefits about the 15s and then I told him about the improved phone features. I told him that he should be selling me the phone I want and he’s not being a good sales person. He said that he’s trying to save me money by selling me a iPhone 14. I told him that he made a judgement on me that I couldn’t afford the 15 or something of that nature. I told him that I was in the store yesterday and I know what I want. He said that he’s offered, he’s not going to offer me service and to leave the store. I did leave the store but not until I called and made a complaint and completed this survey. It’s unfortunate that AT&T has a representative that truly can care less about certain people.

Jonah was very helpful in helping us switch phones! When we got to the store he was using Google translate to help some Spanish speaking costumers and I was glad to see someone working so hard to help everyone to the best of his ability, and aiding in everyone being heard!!
