I was given a new phone for work, I just hadn't transferred anything over from the old to the new. However, my old phone was stolen the day after I received the new one.
As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Amanda who very graciously understood my my panic and frustration. She sat down with me and carefully went through every step of the transfer from one phone to the other so seamlessly, I forgot how freaked out I was when I had gotten there.
I had A LOT of pictures, videos, voicemails, etc and I was terrified I was going to lose all of it. She went above and beyond to try every avenue to retrieve every bit of it. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help. A literal God send <3

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! MY DAD HAS NOT HAD A PHONE SINCE UPGRADING OVER A WEEK AGO AND HE'S BEEN IN AND OUT OF THIS STORE AND THEY TOLD HIM THEY WERE DONE WITH HIM AND THEY COULD NO LONGER HELP HIM WITH HIS PROBLEM. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND INEXCUSABLE!!

Transfer data from my pixel 7A to pixel 9A and after that was done my phone would not make phone calls or could not receive any calls. All that would work is the internet and I can send texts and receive text messages but I couldn't make any phone calls or receive any calls. My pixel 7A made and received phone calls before they did the transfer but now it won't .I spent probably 16 hours down at that store and nobody could figure it out why the phone would not work. Sent the phone the phone back to Google for a replacement for this new phone
and the last time I went in there and try to get more help to get my pixel 7a working They told me they couldn't help me anymore that that they were done with me. I told them that I had sent the phone back to Google and then he says well I don't think the phone was the phone was the problem
Asked him what should I do about a phone his reply was maybe to change carriers.

Came in on Labor Day, and while we did have to wait a few minutes, our customer service rep was awesome. Helped navigate some really difficult changes in our plan and phones. Lovlie (spelling?) was fantastic to work with.

If you are in the market for a new phone I suggest you talk to Damien. The young man will go out of his way to make sure you understand everything along with helping you choose the right phone.
