Omg Teoda at At t East Washington was nothing but amazing. Oh my God. She really took her time with me and my 11-year-old daughter and explained everything and made sure that I understood what I was getting into with contracts and not contracts. Just amazing. Walked in @7:30 pm not 1 employee said hello or anything! After 5 minutes I walked out! The Latino guy with glasses jumped up and locked the door! They don’t close until 8pm. An older man walked up grabbed the door and the same employee cracked the door and told the older man that he was helping other customers and that he needs to come back! The older man pointed at the door and the store hours ! And the same employee still would not assist the elderly man! This is unacceptable!!!
