I have been a ATT wireless customer since before ATT was ATT, I believe it was around 1987. My service has always been great. The cost can sometimes be higher than other carriers but the consistent signal & customer service is worth it. I am not a big fan of the auto/computer generated assistance, but once I get to a real person my issues are generally resolved. As a senior citizen it sometimes takes me a few minutes to naviagate technology with lots of verbal assistance. My recent in store experience was very easy, quick & efficient. I truly appreciated the assistance I received from Zack. He was able to assist me without making me feel like too much of a technically challenged dinosaur! This has been my experience each time I have visited this location!! Thank you ATT Rockville Rd, Indpls, IN!!
