Givonni was pleasant professional and very knowledgeable about the different mobile products. He was not pushy and did not try to sell me other things. He answered all of my questions and helped set up my new phone. This is the very first time that I truly can say that out of all the years I've updated my phone via AT&T. I didn't end up dreaded the whole drawn out experience. He's an awesome salesman!!

Marilyn & Shamore were extremely patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and thankfully able to restore my phone to service after my incompetence and lending it to young grandchildren during a badketball game.
We had a memorabke time but me, the grandpa could not get my phone to work.
Trying to restore it predictably made matters worse.
We went to our closeby AT&T store and, after a half to maybe an hour or more (who keeps time when having fun) my phone waa restored to my use by Marilyn anf Shamora.
