I was treated horribly yesterday, the manager Marcus I believe his name was, was condescending, rude and just downright nasty just because his own incompetence was exposed on my prior visit, he proceeds to tell me that despite having already paid I would need to pay again to get service. No reimbursement for the first payment, no more viable options I was told, I could not speak with his supervisor I was told, I was then told to leave the store because as any paying customer would do, I told him that was ridiculous and could not possibly be the policy of ANY STORE. I am a pharmacy tech who works customer service so I am very familiar with the expectations and the way a customer should be treated. Not only should the incompetent rude manager be fired but whoever hired him to be a manager should be fired as well, in my humble opinion, and in the best interest of customers who may potentially visit there.

They had a worker come to my house check out who was here, then cut my internet off raised my bill from $10 to 60 never asked me if I wanted to keep the service or not. I sent all their equipment back. ??

Bad customer service. They told me to call customer service for something they could’ve helped with. I went to the one in Avon and they helped me with no issues. The team I had today was lazy.

Moved. Took more than a week to transfer service. No internet. Can’t connect adt security, and will be charged extra. Bc NO INTERNET!! Tech was here a week ago…. no equipment. Said it will arrive soon. Been a week. Called 7 times. Everyone is confused and keeps saying equipment should arrive soon. ?UPDATE: it all got settled and all is good now. Very reliable internet and zero issues since. Working just fine.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I wanted to trade in my iPhone for the new one for free with my next up feature I’ve paid for every month for the last 2 years. I wanted to get my new phone immediately so I went in to my local AT&T store where Tim and Luke tried scamming me into paying for the rest of my perfect looking and working iPhone. I’m not sure if one of them would have gotten a commission but they were very adamant that my old phone must look like it ‘just came out of the box’ in Luke’s words. My iPhone had been under a case and screen protector the whole time. They was a scuff he was pointing to that was probably from going in and out of the case. Tim backed him up 100%. I was so angry I was going to have my contract bought out by T-Mobile but I decided to call AT&T and they were so helpful and they had my new to me in 2 days and said my old iPhone was in good working condition when I mailed it to them. If you want a terrible experience go to this AT&T! You will be spoken to condescendingly and gaslit. Ask for Tim or Luke

I got to the store in a time frame in which Timothy was very busy and by himself. He was courteous and even displayed patience with those who approached him to ask questions while he was taking care of me. I will definitely come back to this store to do business if I ever have to!

Did not want to help at all fixing my voice mail. Told me to call some number that did not help either and then they went back to chatting with a coworker. Never go back.

Was here for a return of a purchase the guy with a poor beard and a T-shirt stated I could do returns only online instead of stating I can go to actual AT&T owned location. Refused to give me any information I called ATT in the store to get my information. This gentleman has poor customer service and spent his time wadding up paper nervously.

I only have internet but is getting expensive plus they lost one payment and they charging me late fees sense they don't give paper recit only email and I always pay cash never received the email that I pay I mean they ok but u can get into issues plus takes forever to get someone to help good luck
