Greedy sales guy tried making me buy a phone. When he logged into my account it said eligible for upgrade but he wouldn’t let me and was trying to make a sale. Horrible customer service.

I visited this branch an about a month ago. I gave the employee my Identification card and he forgot to return it. I live in Illinois and was on vacation. When I contacted the store, it was found and the employee said he could mail it back to me. He gave me a number to contact to give my updated address for mailing. It’s been 3 weeks, nothing has arrived, and now when I contact the store I can never get someone on the phone to address the situation. I really would like to speak to someone about this situation.

I was very please with the original gentleman that helped me out.. I couldn’t ask for better service. However the purpose of me going into atat was to get my prepaid phone and internet service packaged together because I moved into a new studio apartment. So the guy that’s was originally helped me was awesome he got me approved so I can be a regular customer he packaged the internet with my phone and even took discounts because of my job. So the time comes where we’re doing the phone to phone transfer and that took about 30 minutes.. so they guy that was originally helped me went to lunch and another gentleman was out there he said my phone was done here you go and that’s it. Well getting the new iPhone 14 I need a sceeen protector so just in case I drop my phone in minimizes the damge. My old one was to small for it so I ask how much are screen protectors over 50… well going they a break up and getting a new apartment and so on I’m strapped for cash I couldn’t afford 50 plus dollars xtra because I just paid that in sale tax with other phone. So I said is there anyway you can work with me on this. At first it was no then he might be able to package it one second then 10aecinda later he said there not going to approve me. I’m like dammn but u approved me for everything else and I felt like I was forced to pay 58.00 a top of what already paid. I have been a prepaid customer for over ten years if not more I have never missed a beat because it’s auto pay but u guys couldn’t work with kinda a very important feature for that phone or accessory I was kinda hurt on that when they new I was hard up for money at the get go

Brandon L. is a great sales person, he was very friendly and attentive to my needs. He answered the questions I had without making me feel stupid (because I don't know much about cell phones), so I felt really at home at this location with Brandon helping me, you guys should give him a raise he is a really great employee. I will definitely come back to this location for all of my needs in the future!! Thanks Brandon L. ????
