Ameru was extremely helpful & went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t have an ID and couldn’t remember my PIN to access my account, but he made a couple calls and made it happen for me. He’s very patient and cares about his customers. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. We walk in to get a new sim and trouble shooting for what's going on with my wife's phone. I asked why it's so dark in the store and the lights are off and he instantly tells us how hung over he was and how if he was going to be here alone than he was going to be comfortable. So sad

AT&T should be embarrassed by the store employee working Sunday Dec 24. I brought in 2 phones with porting issues. The employee on duty repeatedly said out loud he could not stand working on customer service issues wished people would go to a corporate store because he doesn’t get paid to help customers with their problems. I listened to this guy whine and complain to others for 40 minutes. He was flirting with a heavily drugged up lady and kept giving her attention to her despite other customers waiting. I finally left as it was clear he had no intention to help me when new customers came in to look at phones and he turned his attention to them. This guy is the worst possible representative you guys can employ.Went to corporate store on Southport road and was in and out in 15 mins and group was super helpful. AT&T should be ashamed at how this gentleman treats their customers. This was my first at&t customer experience and it was a very poor first impression.

Came here today to pay my bill and wanted to get some AirPods. Had an issue with getting approved for them and Candice and Ameru were absolutely AMAZING! They worked diligently to get me approved for them as it was no fault of mine that was causing the issue!!! I really appreciate their help! Customers coming in and out and they were attentive to every last one of them! Keep up the great work!

Didn’t take me long to find out that Candice C had transferred to another store!! And I won’t use anybody else to handle my phone or account. Always says hello,and a smile ! This store has done a 180 , I love going there now .They’re very efficient prompt, and they act like they care. The lady Candice that waited on us explained everything to us no matter what we asked.
