Everyone was very pleasant you don't find that out in the business world too often or a lot of hateful people out there that work in the public with these people were very friendly and helpful and I was with you AT&t before I should have never left went over to T-Mobile and they were very hateful and add money when you got unlimited data how do you have to pay more money

This location is by far the best. I have experienced every person there was very attentive to our wants and needs. The third visit I walked out with the new iPhone w/ a trade in I didn’t know I could use. Plus all the discounts!! Brandon, Tyler, Franklin, even the guy who didn’t help us at all was cool and friendly I can’t remember his name. The whole crew is a vibe though!

The rep didn't fully understand what I wanted to do because he didn't ask any questions. I wanted to upgrade but it wasn't disclosed to me that the store didn't have the device I wanted or that my bill would increase until after the next up was almost done. He and his coworker then told me there were no options other than taking a device I didn't want. Thankfully the manager and another coworker stepped in and reversed the entire transaction and I left the store WITHOUT upgrading my device and feeling unhappy with AT&T after being a usually satisfied customer since 1999.

I went to the store to ask about a Sim card adapter because my phone is badly cracked and I had another phone I wanted to use as a replacement. I was told that the adapter would do no good as the other phone was outdated BUT I could always go to Wal Mart and get a cheap $50 phone. I personally found this to be very rude since I wasn't asked about purchasing a phone there but redirected to another store.

Shout out to Jeff - the Manager at AT&T (and his wife who had come to pick him up for dinner at the end of shift and patiently waited the entire time!) Who not only stayed past BOTH end of shift AND closing until we were able to get away from Spectrum on a 4 hour visit on Saturday! Absolutely fan-frickin-tastic!!!!

The employee named Franklin was outstanding. Had a good experience overall and felt welcome. With my last experience, I would be glad to continue to go back to that store specifically.

I had a really good experience with Frank from AT&T. He went above and beyond to help me solve my issue, showing an impressive attention to detail and thoughtful customer service skills. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. Throughout the whole process, Frank exhibited the utmost professionalism and dedication to ensuring that I had a positive experience with AT&T, which was really nice considering I have had a bad experience with a different location before. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the level of service that I received from Frank and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance.

Erika was wonderful to work with. I went in to activate a new phone line and she was very professional, helpful, and quick. I went to this store after having a bad experience at the AT&T store closest to me, and Erika put me at ease with her knowledge and expertise. Go to this store and ask for Erika - she is the best!

Went to the store on Emerson Ave today and a young” lady “ waited on my wife and I. She was extremely rude and kept listening in on the conversation between my wife and I. She got very upset and said she wasn’t going to help us and told us to go to the Southport store. Which we did and worked with some very knowledgeable people. I believe she was way over her head as she couldn’t even put on a screen protector. I know you will say that you will pass this on to her supervisor but as we know you will not. It may be time to try another carrier.

I have never seen 3 employees in an empty store work so hard at not working in my life. The entire staff is unfriendly, and the employee that finally approached me was unwilling to assist and had an attitude from the start. All the things he said could not be done with my service request were easily and quickly achieved at a different store with a professional staff. I’ve been an AT&T customer for 25+ years and this by far was the worst interaction I’ve had at any store. I will not return and strongly encourage anyone else to avoid this location. It will undoubtedly be a waste of your time.
