I was not greeted by anyone in the store. I went to the rep and told her what I wanted. She was not engaging or anything. She just repeated my statement and asked for my phone number. I asked why she needed it when Target would not ask me for it to check me out. She said that they needed it to check me out. She went back and got the product, came back and swiped it or something, asked “cash or card” and if I wanted a bag. When she went to get the bag, I saw this feedback paper. She saw me grab it and then asked me if I needed anything else. She does not need to interact with the public. She is not customer friendly, at all.

Came to this location from pendleton to get a phone that was placed on hold by a manager from another store. Everything was set up and was supposed to be a quick in and out trip. Jaz made me feel as if I was wasting her time. They had the phone needed but gave me completely different information than what I was told prior to arrival. Not only did Jaz pass me over to another employee, but made me feel unwanted as if I was unwelcome there. Over 10yrs loyal customer to your company and handed off to someone else just so Jaz could sign people in. The employee that I was passed off to was completely confused since Jaz took the call for what needed to be done by another store mgr. Ended up leaving upset and honestly almost terminating my contract with at&t. I will never go back to this location even if it's the last store in IN. I've been in customer service for over 20yrs and the true disrespect I felt here at this location has made me want to tell others to avoid this site at all cost. I will never be back at this site nor ever recommend this location to anyone moving forward.

This was an extremely disappointing experience with this particular AT&T store. I’ve been a long time customer but now considering moving my service. They committed fraud on my wireless account, which resulted in my number being switched to another carrier without my permission and adding unauthorized charges. When I tried to resolve the issue, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Their lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. After I expressed what was going on BOTH managers (Black female & White male) continued to let the accused sales rep (black male) to service my account. The male manager was very rude, he was even rude to THEIR OWN FRAUD DEPARTMENT. The police had to be called due to the manager (white make) threatening physical harm. I would not recommend this store to anyone—stay far away to avoid major headaches!
*When I went to file the fraud report and started telling the front desk clerk the address to the store, he finished the address and made a comment “fraud is at an all time high!”
It took 5 days to get somewhat of normalcy!
I am mentally and emotionally exhausted from this whole situation.

2nd time here I walk in & a guy checks me in & told me to sit & wait. A old white guy walks in after me he check him in & helps him. Not right & lowkey racist. I never leave reviews let alone a bad review so yea I’m pissed.

I switch from T-Mobile to AT&T and my account was made into a business account . I do not have a business so why was my account made into a business account with AT&T . I’m highly upset : my bill is high and they will not switch it over

Zero Stars. NO Customer Service or Support at this location or anywhere with AT&T. Erroneous information given here by Rick (Ricky) about International SIM card as only option for Intl cell service. Upon obtaining such SIM card, this DID NOT WORK at all, NOR did the Intl plan via the link specifically sent to me from AT&T upon arrival in Europe. NO refund from AT&T for service paid for - but NOT received. WHO DOES THIS??? AT&T DOES and stands behind Deception, THEFT AND FRAUD. "Sorry" is NOT a resolution or substitute for refund due.

Mr Ricky at the Glendale store is the MAN. Fixed my problem in 20 minutes. The manager Carlos was absolutely amazing as well.
