We went to the Southport location to add a phone line, 2 iPads, and a watch. They helped us extremely quickly, showed us how to lower our monthly bill, and very helpful. Everyone was professional and very polite. We'll definitely be back. If you need to go into a location I highly recommend the Southport location everyone here was great!

This store is awesome! Huge thank you to the store manager Sean who was so kind and helpful when my dad and I came in shortly before they were closing. He was so professional and knowledgeable and made sure we had all the help we needed even when they were past closing time. Will definitely recommend this location to others and will certainly be back. Thank you Sean for everything!

I want to share my recent experience at the AT&T store in Southport. Austin Kelly assisted me with trading in several phones and choosing the best plan for me and my family. He was patient and didn't make me feel rushed. His customer service skills were phenomenal, and I truly appreciate his help.
