This store is awesome! Huge thank you to the store manager Sean who was so kind and helpful when my dad and I came in shortly before they were closing. He was so professional and knowledgeable and made sure we had all the help we needed even when they were past closing time. Will definitely recommend this location to others and will certainly be back. Thank you Sean for everything!

I want to share my recent experience at the AT&T store in Southport. Austin Kelly assisted me with trading in several phones and choosing the best plan for me and my family. He was patient and didn't make me feel rushed. His customer service skills were phenomenal, and I truly appreciate his help.

The manager (not sure of his name) & Jaylin were extremely helpful with helping me get things set up. I had gone to AT&T many times trying to get things figured out with my services, they were so kind and patient with me and went above and beyond to help me. So grateful!!

I have been having horrible luck after switching to AT&T. I went in to the Southport location and explained my situation and Mateo listened, TOOK NOTES, was so attentive, understanding, and helpful. He made all of my problems go away with the snap of a finger and I couldn’t be more grateful for him!

We added a line, purchased a phone and had a clear understanding of what our next bill would look like. We were in and out of the store so quickly and painlessly. The AT&T store at Emerson and Southport is the best! Everyone in this store smiles and speaks to you with integrity and kindness. Austin was knowledgeable and fast to help me resolve my issue. I walked into the store in a panic from losing my phone. I walked out of the store feeling confident and like I had just made a new friend. Fantastic experience!

The level of efficiency between only two representatives was impressive. Not a single person in a crowded store had a long wait without being acknowledged and assisted.Braden was undeniably wonderful. Not only was he able to resolve a very unorthodox issue with my account information, he was able to save me money and assist me with all of my questions and needs. His patience, friendliness, and professionalism made a potentially frustrating situation an absolute pleasure!

Go about an hour before closing time. I live about 27 miles from this store, its the closest one to me. We went 8:30pm on a Friday to buy the s23Ultra. Two clerks took all our personal info and then told us at 8:55 that they were out but they wud order them. My clerk finished the order, said I had to pay the sales tax. She ran my debit card thru the told the asst. mgr (who had already gone to the back) that the register wudn't print my receipt. He had already shut the registers down, but she said since it was down that it didn't take any money. The next day the bank had already taken out the money out as a pending charge. On Monday I tried to call and order the phone at AT&T but after being on the line 43 minutes the sales lady said she cudnt do the sale cause the 1st store had put a hold on my acct when they had my money. I called the store manager who said they cudn't refund my money cause they didn't have an order showing where the money was to go. I had to drive back to the first store who had my money stuck in the air! All this time, their errors tied up $96.60 of my money for 5 days. The clerk this time knew enough that she reversed the 1st order that the tax had been paid on, she removed the hold and actually sold me the last Ultra they had in the store that day, Tuesday. She was very pleasant and knew what to do. The bank finally dropped the pending charge since there had never been an order for the sale. I wud go back to this store ONLY if this lady was still employed there, otherwise I would not have confidence in the others.

Worker told me the kiosk was working. I began putting my money in to pay our bill and it stopped working in the middle of my payment, took but did not count one of my twenties, and was then told they could not do anything about it until the next day, which is risking our phones being turned off when it was not our fault. And I have health issues, so I need a working phone in case of a medical emergency. Another worker also kept the receipt stating how much money I had put in ( shorted a twenty ) so I am not even able to show that either. Had me write my info down, but never came back to get the info so it is probably going to get lost as well.
