Our Salesman, Alex, was by far the best car salesman I’ve worked with in over 30yrs. Alex knows his product and doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear. He’s extremely responsive and made our transaction actually enjoyable. I’d buy from Alex and Audi - Indianapolis without hesitation.

Josh worked with us to purchase our new Q8 and to trade-in our A7. It was a very relaxed, professional process that took place in-person, over email, and text. Due to conflicts and shopping around, the process took almost a month but Josh never made us feel rushed or pressured. In the end, we reached an agreeable deal and have a new Q8 in our garage!

Best experience with purchasing a vehicle. Our sales rep, Cole, was fantastic. He answered all of our questions. Heather was great too. She made purchasing the car a very simple process. Neither tried to push us into anything unaffordable nor tried to highly suggest we buy extra warranties.

Derrick was super responsive and comprehensive. He is kind and wants to please customer. Only knock is the “add ons” seemed to be pushed a bit too hard and maybe could have been explained more fully.

Made the deal over the phone initially, and it went smoothly. I slightly worried about if the car would be recently serviced, but they had taken care of all the cars needs; it was in pristine condition. The interaction with Cole and Heather was great. They made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

The team was accommodating to my schedule as I was from Out of town. Easy to work with. Car was in condition as described. Salesperson picked me up from the airport and stayed after hours to complete the deal. The rear tire ended up with a nail in it during our test drive so they replaced it right away.

Terrific servicing of my 2016 Q5. While servicing an Audi can be a bit expensive I find it well worth it especially at Audi Indianapolis.
From service advisor to service technician the work is done professionally and correctly every time.

My car buying experience at Tom Wood Audi was easy and smooth. My salesman Rob was was very attentive in listening to what was important to me and very accommodating in finding me the perfect car. I traded in my 2017 Camry and upgraded to a Q5 and couldn’t be happier. My brother purchased two cars from Rob in the past and now I’ve purchased from him. Rob has helped me lease 4 or 5 cars over the last 10 years. Just traded a lease in for a new car. has always been available to me via text when I have questions for him. He makes the process super easy.

Only one star cause I had too. Worse dealership ever. Way over priced cars and way over priced service dept. if you want to get ripped off go here. Well I am so glad you take my feed back seriously. Still that fact is your used cars and service dept is some of the most expensive and over priced cars I will never buy a car from you again and I will let anyone I know considering buying a car from you know this. Hope you go bankrupt.
