I need to write and acknowledge Austin who took my call tonite re: my car battery. He was super kind and helpful over the phone (while I was standing with AAA getting a jumpstart) and he told me to come by the store (when I could, as my battery was purchased there and under warranty). I made me way there and he was just as kind and responsive in person! He helped identify an issue with my battery terminals being loose (battery itself was good). He tightened them and even added a small piece to help secure it. The way he treats and interacts with customers is truly fantastic! It means a lot when having car issues to be treated with such a high level of customer care and service. Thank You.

I went into this location looking for a frame for my license plate, didn’t find one that I liked but I informed the associate who was assisting me that I had just come from the car wash and every time I go through it bends my plate in half. I asked if I could borrow a screwdriver to remove my plate and bend it back to shape and they jokingly said that would cost me $100 when he handed it to me lol!!! But all in all the store was clean and the atmosphere was great and it’s the little things that makes a difference where you want to do business. I literally live around the corner from another Autozone but I think this is my new location! Thanks again guys

Thanks to Jerry at Autozone at 6055 82nd Street I was able to get my brake light replaced. Avoiding getting pulled over and possibly a ticket! Thanks Jerry for the friendly and prompt service.

The gentlemen working at this Autozone on the Saturday I went were brilliant from start to finish. Went out of their way to be helpful! Told me exactly what I was buying, advised me on how to determine which type of wiper I should buy appropriate to my vehicle, and even replaced my wiper blades after my purchase. Thanks Daniel!
