The store as a whole has always been nicely stocked and clean considering the part of town it's located in. The parking lot is well maintained considering there isn't an armed guard on duty there. This has been my store ever since I moved here over 6 years ago. The only complaint I really have is about a couple of managers 'straight-up arrogance and hostility towards both customers and fellow employees. One of them I was told quit (probably quit before she could be fired) But I saw her straight up push and then swing on a Sales Associate one day and just cursing like it was legal. The other one is still there, Reginai think I'd her name, She's just lazy, arrogant, and the last time I asked her if she could help me, she made me feel like I had inconvenienced her beyond imagination. And you could tell it was due to the fact that I didn't look like her.
I'm not quite sure exactly how some of the higher-ups got to be higher ups in the first place. I mean, I see Audry helping customers and her managers. She's never had a cross word to say even at times where I KNOW she was not having a good day- Anyway... I'm not sure how or why I actually wrote this review. I think it was because of negative attitudes from managers and positive attitudes from mere associates of AutoZone. I mean, how bizarre!? The purple making the most money, doing the least amount of work, having crappy attitude, whereas the lowest on the totem pole in authority and pay, having the most knowledge and best attitude of the entire store. Go figure, huh?!?

Nicholas Biggs, the Manager on 10/09/2024 was very ptompt, professional and truly helped me repair my vehicle by changing the headlight to my vehicle

Nicholas was awesome! He had come in on his day off for something, and when he heard that I needed my battery changed and no one on shift could do it, he jumped in and got it changed. Amazing customer service!
