Was double charged and when I went back in some wanna be manager was very rude and wouldn't even look at the 2 separate receipts. Very rude young girl. Went back today and Sally straightened it out and refunded my money. I don't know if I'll ever go back after taking my business there for over 40 yrs.

Mozell Harris he is a wonderful CSR he helped me out with getting the products that I needed for my car and had all the information quickly and efficiently he is a great asset to your guys's company and he definitely deserves to be manager or up there with the store managers. If I had the opportunity to employ him at my company I definitely would because he has beyond gracious and is one of the best customer service workers that I've dealt with.

Ok.. very confident place close to home!! But them two older white lady's that work in there need.a better attitude or new jobs.. when I come to get help I don't need sarcasm with a nasty tone!! It's customer service!!! You are there to help

This particular AutoZone helped me get back on the road when I didn't think that I would. They have a friendly and helpful staff willing to go the extra mile to see to it that the customer is happy when they leave. Hats off to store #2611! Special thanks to Patricia because without you I don't know what I would have done. You were a life saver. I highly recommend this store.
