Terrible service, me and my husband went to this place to test an alternator and the guy who helped us said “we don’t do it here” and I said what do you mean we have done this before in this store and he said he was not trained to do it. I asked if I could speak with somebody else and he said im the manager, I responded how you a Manager and your not trained properly to do the job, which he responded “our machine is out of service” i was so pissed because it’s for people like him that great business losses great customers! Autozone do your thing please! There was also a customer close to us and he said they do it here they just don’t want to do it. The guy you see in the pictures is the guy who refused to do the job and he also didn’t let the other employee do it.

Saran caselden and Dequant were fanatics and fabulous for their advices patients and most of all human interactions to great lent providing me all educational pieces.
These two must be promoted and raises and be a managers.

I went in yesterday to return a tool that was rented and I was shorted $8 without realizing it, and the young lady that cashed me out, ran out the door and flagged me down to let me know and make it right. You don't see honesty like that everyday and I believe she deserves recognition.

It is honestly the worst Autozone I have been to in the entire country, if you want to feel miserable and want to be treated like a dog, then the staff here will do it without a doubt, honestly the worst service there is.
