I showed up today questioning the status of my battery (after having interior lights on & using my car’s speaker with the engine no longer running while I completed a call to a friend. Drained my battery which required a jumpstart & 15” drive to build it up.) The gentleman at AutoZone brought out the battery tester & showed me with a big smile that battery, starter, alternator were all functioning well. No charge. Battery check service very much appreciated!

Was having power problems and didnt know if my battery or starter was going out. Chris helped me with a test on my battery starter and alternator and showed me a couple inside mechanic tricks to diagnose the problem in the event im stuck somewhere and cant get to an autoparts store for a test. Will be coming back for sure its hard to find good mechanic advice anymore without paying a price.

Said they had part in stock, actually said they had 2 in stock. then after a long wait came back to say" no we don't have that. " I saw it the system said 2 but actually none.. who does their inventory control????
