We had winter storm warnings out and my windshield wiper came off in the middle of snow coming down! I stopped at the ARLINGTON AVE STORE INDIANAPOLIS INDIANA and one of the guys came out and put it back on for me! So blessed to have good hearted people working there! They have me as a customer for life!!

My local store didn't have a part so I stopped at this store, on my way home, that said they did. I was there 40 minutes before closing and they had already taken the cash register out so I couldn't buy the part here. Now I have to go another day without the part.

My brake light was out and I wasn't sure how to change it. I went to Auto Zone on 10th and Arlington, as they have always been helpful. Mr. Havert was professional and friendly, and helped me get the right bulb for my car and changed it for me. Thank you so much Mr Havert! 🙂

I went to AutoZone on 10th and Arlington where I had previously purchased a front headlight bulb for my car. I also needed antifreeze. When I went in the store the antifreeze had been moved and I didn't know where I mentioned it to the employee when I went to the desk. He pointed in a direction. I thought I would search for it while he was getting my headlight bulb however it didn't get that far. I told him I had previously purchased one there so it might be on record and easy to find because he was asking me questions that I previously wasn't asked when I purchased this bulb. He told me if I didn't answer about high beams or low beams he didn't know what bulb I needed. At that point I said nevermind I'll just go to O'Reilly's (which is right next door) It was very odd because I told the gentleman at O'Reilly's the exact same information I told the man at AutoZone and he found the exact bulb I needed without hesitation.
